Dear guests of the NETZHAUT Ton Film Festival!
We are glad that events are possible again and that we can welcome you at our festival. We have taken numerous safety measures and hygiene precautions and ask you for your assistance and personal responsibility when visiting our events. For the protection of all visitors, artists and staff and in compliance with the currently valid COVID-19 measures regulation, we therefore ask you to comply with the following rules:
ADMISSION RULE: 3-G rule.
Admission will only be granted if you are vaccinated, tested or recovered. You must provide appropriate proof of your status.
a. one is considered vaccinated from the 22nd day after the first (partial) vaccination.
b. one is considered to have tested negative
- 24 hours in the case of an antigen test for self-testing, if this is recorded in an official data processing system
- 48 hours in case of antigen testing by authorized bodies
- 72 hours for molecular biological tests (PCR) by authorized bodies
c. One is considered to be recovered with
- a medical confirmation of an infection with SARS-CoV-2 within the last 6 months SARS-CoV-2 infection that has been confirmed by molecular biology.
- Segregation notice due to SARS-CoV-2 in the last 6 months.
If you have forgotten your test certificate, the following anti-gene testing stations are available in the immediate vicinity
- Kasematten test station, Bahngasse 27 - open daily, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Test station Marienmarkt (former stand of the "Buckligen Welt"), open daily, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
There is no mask requirement in the “Bürgermeistergarten”, as the performances all take place outdoors. At all our performances in the “Stadtheater”, FFP2 masks are mandatory from the moment you enter our venue and also during the performances. Please always have your mask with you, as we have to move to the theater in case of bad weather!
To avoid large crowds, our venues can only be entered in staggered groups of visitors or individually. Please follow the instructions of our staff on site.
AFTER THE END OF THE PERFORMANCE
To avoid crowds when leaving, we request that you leave the area in a calm and staggered manner as instructed by staff. Please keep a distance of 1 meter from non-household persons and follow the instructions of our staff.
DAY AND EVENING BOX OFFICE
Our box offices are always open 1 hour before the performance begins. Please keep your distance from non-household persons and enter the box office foyer only as instructed by the staff. In general, it is recommended to purchase tickets in advance and online at www.webshop-wn.at to prevent congestion.
PERSONALIZED TICKET PURCHASE
When purchasing tickets, please provide your name and a means of contact (phone/email) to enable contact tracing. We kindly ask you to stay on your assigned seats and not to change them in any way.
KEEP A DISTANCE
Keep at least 1 meter (3 feet) away from anyone who does not live in your household or is not a member of your visiting party.
Avoid grouping and congregating. Arrive well in advance of the start of events and, if necessary, wait until you can enter certain rooms or areas. Please allow enough time and be patient. After entering the venue, please take your seats and, if possible, remain in your seats until the performance begins.
BREATH AND HAND HYGIENE
Please cough and sneeze into a handkerchief or the crook of your arm. Throw the handkerchief away afterwards and wash your hands thoroughly (20 sec.) or use one of our installed disinfectant dispensers.
Due to health measures, there may be waiting times in the entrance, checkout and exit areas. Please keep your distance and follow the instructions of our staff. We ask for your understanding and patience.
If you suffer from fever, cough, shortness of breath, respiratory problems or general cold symptoms, we kindly ask you to stay away from the event. Please contact us in advance by telephone on 02622 373 910 to discuss ticket returns.
Please wear your mask! Please be considerate of each other and keep your distance. As part of our hygiene concept, the facilities are regularly disinfected.
A corona officer will be present at each event. Please follow the instructions.
